makes 16-20 jello squares
3 cups blueberries
1 cup apple (approx 1 apple) or other fruit
1 tablespoon agave
1/2 tsp cinnamon-optional
1. Blend ingredients together in a blender or food processor for 30-45 seconds until creamy.
2. Pour into an 8 inch square baking dish or other dish.
3. Place dish in fridge for 1-2 hours to allow blueberries to set.
4. Remove, cut into squares & top with whipped cream & blueberries, YUMMM!
1/2 cup cashews
1/4-1/2 cup water
1/2 vanilla bean
2 Tablespoons agave
Blend all ingredients together for 30-45 seconds.
NOTE: Blueberries & apples contain lots of natural pectin which makes them turn jelllo-like when blended. Pretty cool, huh?
